This programme is organised by Helvietmed with the teaching team figuring below. The classes have been principally assumed since January 2018 by

Public:

– Medical students from Vietnam

– Vietnamese Physicians

Goals:

– Achievement of B2 level in General French

– Facilitation of integration of participants into Medical Practice in France and French Speaking Switzerland.

Requirements for participants :

– French foreknowledge is an advantage, but not necessary

– Ambition and commitment to obtain a B2 level within 12-18 months

– Formal commitment to attend at least 80% of scheduled lessons

– Estimated reading English level B1-B2

– Computer with good internet connection

Fees:

– USD 1000 per participant for the entire course including levels A1,A2,B1 and B2. This amount is financed by Helvietmed

– Material will be provided. Some will be lent to the participants and returned to Helvietmed at the end of the course.

Base resource: Easy French by Anthony Bulger ( book and audio-CD)
Different complementary material for reading, hearing, writing and speaking
Interactive discussions on different real life themes;
Cases from different fields of medical practice, case presentations from the participants, live discussion on medical problem solving with the teachers.
